KUHN Romania Team Building in Covasna: two days dedicated to people, culture, and collaboration

At KUHN Romania, our people are at the heart of everything we do. This year’s team building, held in the beautiful setting of Clermont – Covasna, offered the perfect opportunity to reconnect, strengthen collaboration, and enjoy the atmosphere that defines us as a team.

Across two days, we combined dynamic outdoor activities with dedicated discussion sessions, where we reflected on ongoing projects, upcoming priorities, and the way we continue to develop a strong organizational culture. It was a context where ideas flowed easily, colleagues communicated openly, and teamwork came naturally.
