KUHN Romania expands its portfolio with FUCHS material handlers

We have expanded our portfolio with a partner of longstanding tradition: FUCHS – A Terex Brand, a German manufacturer with over 135 years of experience in designing and building material handling machinery.

Starting this year, KUHN Romania is the official representative of FUCHS in Romania and the Republic of Moldova, bringing to the market a complete range of specialized equipment—wheeled, tracked, or stationary—dedicated to recycling, waste handling, wood processing and port operations.

Customers can choose between Stage V diesel engines, offering low fuel consumption and reduced emissions, or electric power systems, powered directly from the grid or through modular Power Pack battery systems, which provide freedom of movement and lower operating costs.

on wheels, on tracks, or in stationary form, and equipped with booms, grapples, magnets, or hooks tailored to the specific task.

Depending on the job requirements, FUCHS machines can be equipped with:

Four-point stabilizers and dozer blade – for maximum stability during loading
Two-point stabilizers and center plate – ideal for mixed applications
Pneumatic tires – for optimal driving comfort
Dual solid rubber tires – perfect balance between comfort and durability
Single solid rubber tires – for superior stability in heavy-duty environments
All-wheel steering, reducing the turning radius by up to 35% and enabling easy maneuvering in confined spaces

For difficult terrain, tracked versions are available, while stationary versions are suitable for fixed material flows.

The FUCHS cab, with hydraulic lifting and tilting, is designed for comfort and panoramic visibility.

The interior includes:

air-suspension operator seat
automatic climate control
DAB radio with hands-free function

FUCHS machines feature a separate cooling system for the engine, hydraulics, and air conditioning, ensuring optimal operating temperatures.
